All orders placed through the Wadiya website are processed and fulfilled within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery charges starting from Rs. 150 are applicable on all orders unless they are waived off in a promotion.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the respective shipping carrier.
4. Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs processing. While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

7. Order Limitations
- Customer can place only 3 orders within a 24-hour window.
- The minimum order value for delivery is Rs. 1,000. Orders below this value will not be processed.
- The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery orders is Rs. 30,000. For orders above the limit, please use any of our prepaid payment options.
